What your firm gets
Keep your custodian
Athena runs on top of Schwab, so you start without repapering a single household.
Households that fill themselves in
Linked accounts, credit, and workplace plans arrive on the household with no data entry.
One record for every household
Accounts, plans, messages, and leads sit together in Mission Control.
Your brand on every connection
Clients link accounts, sign, and fund inside your firm’s app, not someone else’s.
Keep Schwab. Skip the repapering.
Charles Schwab holds the accounts and keeps your books and records. Athena works on top of it, so there is no custody switch, no transition project, and no household to repaper. Your clients keep the custodian they trust, and your firm gains everything Athena runs around it.
The work that used to take your operations team hours runs through that one connection. Clients open and fund Schwab accounts inside your app. Athena carries out your investment policy overnight across each household’s accounts, and your advisors see only the exceptions in Mission Control each morning.
Open
Open and fund in your app
Clients open, sign, and fund a Schwab account without leaving your brand.
Invest
Overnight investing
Rebalancing, asset location, and tax-loss harvesting to your policy.
Cash
Cash requests and alerts
Money movement and account alerts land on the household for your team.
Bill
Fee billing
Advisory fees billed from the signed agreement, against the Schwab account.

Households that fill themselves in
The most expensive part of a new household is usually the typing. With Athena, clients link their own accounts in your app, and the rest of their picture arrives on its own: net worth, cash flow, debt, credit, and income. Clients see their whole financial life the first time they open your app, and your team never builds a household by hand.
That is what makes smaller accounts worth taking on. A new household costs your team almost nothing to set up, so you can say yes to the families you used to refer away.
Plaid
Clients link bank and investment accounts in a few taps, so net worth, cash flow, and transactions fill in on their own. Your firm never sets up Plaid itself.
TransUnion
Credit score, the factors behind it, and report detail power the debt and credit views, so guidance never ignores a client’s credit.
Finch
Employment and payroll from the employer’s system, so income, eligibility, and job changes show up on the household as they happen.
Dropbox Sign
Account paperwork is signed inside your app, and the signed packet stays with the request. No printing, no scanning, no chasing signatures.
It all feeds the same Health score and next steps your clients see in the client app, and the same household your advisors open in Mission Control.
Bring your Salesforce data
Moving onto a new platform usually means retyping every client. If your firm keeps its households in Salesforce, connect your Salesforce org and Athena brings them into Mission Control with their data. Athena maps your fields, including the custom ones your firm added over the years, and your admins confirm the matches before anything imports.
Every imported value shows where it came from, so your team knows what Salesforce said and what Athena found on its own. When an advisor spots a value that’s wrong, they flag it right on the household, and your admins decide what to keep.
Workplace plans on the same household
For most families, the workplace retirement plan is one of the biggest accounts they own. Athena brings it onto the household, so your advice can see the actual plan: what they contribute, how it is invested, and whether they are getting the full employer match. Clients get contribution and allocation guidance on the money they already have at work, and your firm gets a reason to be part of every raise, job change, and rollover.

Principal
Workplace plan data and participant sign-in, so contribution and allocation guidance sees the real plan.
Transamerica
Contribution elections and allocations for participants on Transamerica recordkeeping.
Vanguard
Workplace plan connectivity for participants whose plans already run on Vanguard.
Schwab workplace
Schwab as a workplace plan recordkeeper, separate from Schwab as your advisory custodian.
Recordkeepers bring the plan onto the household; they don’t change where your advisory accounts live. Those stay at Schwab.
Ads that open your app
Athena Ad Tech writes your ads from your firm’s approved claims and publishes them to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube once you approve them. Every click lands in your firm’s branded wellness app, not a form, so prospects get real value on day one and stay in your app until they are ready to fund.
Your team sees who opened the app, what they asked Athena AI, which accounts they linked, and whether they funded, all on the same household record they keep as a client. One campaign runs across six platforms without an agency, and nothing publishes without your sign-off.

Every ad. More clients.

From ad to wealth clientEmail and texting on the household
Clients reach your advisors the way they already do: by email and by text. Athena brings both onto the household, so every conversation sits beside the plan, the accounts, and the trades.
Microsoft 365
Your Microsoft 365 admin approves once, and your compliance team chooses which mailboxes Athena reads. Email lands on the right household, and replies arrive drafted in your advisor’s own Outlook.
Gmail
On Google Workspace, your admin grants access once and compliance picks the mailboxes. Gmail conversations land on the household, with replies drafted in your advisor’s own inbox.
Twilio
Each advisor gets a firm texting number through Athena, with calls ringing wherever they choose. Texts land on the household, and every client’s texting consent is tracked for you.
RingCentral
Already on RingCentral? Connect your firm’s number, and client texts flow onto the household in Mission Control without changing the number clients know.
Beyond the conversations your clients start, Athena keeps them hearing from your firm at the right moment, without anyone on your team writing the note. Athena sends timely, firm-branded email when a household is missing the match, carrying expensive debt, or holding extra cash. Replies to client email arrive drafted in your advisor’s own mailbox, ready to review and send from your own address.

Athena AI on a platform that stays up
Athena AI answers your clients in your firm’s voice, drawing on leading models from OpenAI and xAI. The numbers behind every answer come from Athena’s planning and investing engines and the household’s own data, and anything that needs judgment goes to a person on your team. The platform runs on Amazon Web Services and is monitored around the clock with Datadog, so the app your clients use is fast and there when they need it.
