How does Athena integrate with our existing financial systems?

Athena's platform is designed for modular implementation, connecting directly with your current technology stack without requiring replacement. Use what you want, leave what you don’t. We also handle infrastructure costs like Plaid, credit checks, and payroll integrations to guarantee smooth use without surprise costs.

How is the advice generated? Do you use the AI to provide advice?

All advice is generated by Athena in collaboration with our clients.  We digitize your methodology for investments, life insurance, debt, and any other topics you want to cover.  We then use our agentic ai to intelligently answer end user questions based on your methodology.  Our advice is not probabilistic, it is not generated by an LLM.  This way you can be certain about what advice will be provided and certain to avoid any conflicts of interest.

Do you provide tools for compliance and oversight?

Athena records and stores every conversation with your clients. Conversations can be accessed via an intuitive user experience built for compliance teams.  They can review all advice provided, rate the advice, mark conversations as reviewed, and give feedback to further improve the advice.

Can we customize which Athena features we implement?

Yes!  Athena can turn on and off or advice depending on your preferences and end goals. For example, a client asked that we provide asset allocation level advice on outside accounts but not fund specific advice. When a user asks for fund specific advice we simply reinforce the value of asset allocation. Our platform is highly configurable and can meet the needs of your specific preferences.

How quickly can we implement Athena's solutions?

Athena's solution can be stood up as a stand alone direct-to-consumer offering in as little as month. However, we find the user experience is better if we can integrate into our client systems and integrations timelines vary based on client resource availability.  

How does Athena's AI augment our current advisory team?

First, Athena's platform can act as the primary point of contact for client who may not have sufficient assets to dedicate a full time financial advisor. This is the primary use case of our software.  If a user wants to talk to a human, we can integrate you scheduling application within the AI so user's can setup meetings.
 
Second, Athena's email AI can be used by reps anytime they need help answer a questions.  They simply need to send their question to a designated inbox and will get an answer back in seconds saving advisors hours a week.

What kind of ROI can we expect from implementing Athena?

Athena is a fully automated platform.  We require little to no upfront fees and prefer to split advisory and referral revenue with our clients.  As a result, no money is paid to Athena up front and benefits are accrued to our clients as the platform grows.  Since the denominator is zero, the ROI is undefined.
 
We take this approach because we want to share the risk of offering this solution with our clients. We don't expect you to underwrite our platform.  We want to align interest to make this work for all parties.
